Comments about the QTL
Publication assessed aphid resistance at 2 and 4 weeks in both greenhouse and field environements. Only the field at 2 weeks is reported in SoyBase. See publication for additional details |
Publication measured soybean aphid resistance at 2 and 4 weeks after infestation. It was defined as a score which was different at 2 and 4 weeks with a range of 1-5, but measurements at 2 weeks with 1=less than 10 aphids per plant, 5=more than 100 aphids per plant. Measurements at 4 weeks were 1=less than 25 aphids per plant, 5= more than 500 aphids per plant. See publication for additional details |
